Our story began nearly 20 Years Ago
When our founder Tony Bauer recognised a need for accurate freight dimensioning.
Cubetape was founded in 1991 by Tony Bauer, former CEO of TNT Australia (now part of FedEx Express). With deep expertise in the freight industry, Tony saw the need for a simple, mobile, and cost-effective dimensioning solution. What began as a local innovation in Australia quickly gained global traction, securing contracts with major players like Pitney Bowes, Walmart, DPD, and Kühne + Nagel. Today, Cubetape is trusted by many of the world’s leading logistics companies.
We are proudly self-funded, allowing us to stay focused on our mission without external interference. Our commitment to quality has resulted in over 10,000 units sold worldwide and a strong presence in more than 60 countries through our global partner network. Cubetape is built to last and backed by industry-recognized certifications including NTEP, Zebra Validated, Ivanti Wavelink, and OIML R-35.
